Our Meeting

COMBINE OUR COMPETENCES

Entrepreneurial at heart, I created my leisure travel agency in 1995. With the arrival of the internet and the new competition between tour operators and travel agencies, the first clouds are falling on the travel agent profession. So I’m going into business travel.

My meeting with Tristan Dessain-Gelinet in 2010, who comes from the IT sector, proved to be a determining factor: he quickly identified the technological Gaps in the sector, and determined how to shake up the business travel industry, we decided to modernize it by digitalizing it: Travel Planet is born.

The beginning of our hypergrowth

THE TENDER THAT CHANGED EVERYTHING

In 2014, we won an important contract with a client present in all of France. Overnight, we are then propelled into another universe of business management.In less than 24 hours, this contract doubles Travel Planet’s production and forces us to quickly find to quickly find collaborators in order to control our hypergrowth.

We then find that we are too dependent on the limited technology offered by a few operators in the sector. We are therefore setting up an R&D team to create a fully customizable global travel management platform.

Our Ambition

REVOLUTIONISE THE MARKET

In 2015, we envisioned a fully customizable global travel management platform. We then created Click and Control, a solution capable of retrieving data from suppliers in order to present them to you without the need for intermediary technological operators.

Our advantage lies in our cross-sectional offer, with no limits to the services we offer online and offline, which allows you to make significant savings.

Covid-19

FROM ADAPTATION TO INNOVATION

In 2020, with the health crisis and the impossibility to travel, we had to adapt very quickly while preserving our teams.

We therefore decided to use this time to refine our digital platform with all our employees. That’s when we said to ourselves “let’s put our tool at the disposal of others and become editors”. Thus, for the past 2 years we have been proudly wearing our two hats: TMC and travel management solution providers.

Our arrival in Sophia-Antipolis

TAKE PART IN A NEW ECO-SYSTEM

With a real desire to become ambassadors of entrepreneurship and to share our experience and know-how, we decided in 2021 to join the Sophia Antipolis technology park.

For more than a year now, we have been actively participating in Sophia Antipolis life alongside our partners on a variety of subjects: women’s entrepreneurship, the eco-responsible evolution of business travel, the integration of young graduates into the workforce, etc.
