Establishment of Betty Voyages

Travel Planet, formerly known as Betty Voyages, was founded in 1992 in the 20th arrondissement of Paris. It was originally a travel agency dedicated to leisure activities. Little by little, Betty and Tristan turned to Business Travel which will become, from 2012, their main activity.

Betty Seroussi’s meeting with Tristan Dessain-Gelinet, who comes from an IT background, proved to be decisive: he quickly analysed the technological backwardness of the sector. Determined to shake up the codes of Business Travel, Betty and Tristan decided to modernise it by digitalising it: Travel Planet was born.
