“Last year, Travel Planet won the tender we launched for the redesign of our access portal to SNCF offers, mytraintravel.com, dedicated to European travel agencies. One year later, the platform is running at full speed. From this date, travel agents have been able to place ticket orders online, although of course some configuration and development work was required over the first two months to fine-tune the interfaces and the particularities of our travel policy. The booking portal is easy to use and user-friendly. Travel agents have quickly got to grips with it. SNCF tickets are delivered quickly after orders have been validated.
