🚀 A fast and strategic integration

Through its technology subsidiary Makitizy, Travel Planet has completed — in record time — the direct integration of Iryo’s inventory, Spain’s leading private high-speed rail operator, into its corporate travel platforms.

Business travellers can now book Iryo services in real time — high-speed trains, travel classes, and premium onboard amenities (catering, Wi-Fi, enhanced comfort) — directly through Click & Control and in white-label mode via Makitizy.

📈 Meeting the growing demand for business rail travel

In Spain, high-speed rail is experiencing strong growth in the corporate travel segment. Iryo carried 5.2 million passengers during its first full year of operations, with a load factor above 65%, and recorded 2.1 million passengers in summer 2024 with an average load factor of 77.43%.

Travel Planet integrates Iryo into its Click & Control platform

Continuing its strategy of establishing direct connections with mobility operators, Travel Planet 
announces the integration of Iryo, Spain’s leading private high-speed rail operator, into its 
Click & Control booking platform.

Implemented by its technology subsidiary Makitizy, this new direct connection is now available 
to all users of the Travel Planet platforms, as well as to travel operators equipped with Makitizy, 
the modular, white-label SaaS solution dedicated to the management and distribution of business travel.

Thanks to this partnership, business travellers benefit from an enhanced experience that includes 
premium services: onboard catering, free Wi-Fi, enhanced comfort and a next-generation train fleet.
