"Société Travel Planet has been awarded the public contract for rail and air transport management services on behalf of the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté Region.
Thanks to cordial and efficient exchanges between the Region's departments affected and the Customer Management department, the implementation went smoothly despite the tight deadlines: notification of the contract in November 2019 for a start-up on January 2, 2020. From this date, travel agents have been able to place ticket orders online, although of course some configuration and development work was required over the first two months to fine-tune the interfaces and the particularities of our travel policy. The booking portal is easy to use and user-friendly. Travel agents have quickly got to grips with it. SNCF tickets are delivered quickly after orders have been validated.
Travel Planet successfully addressed GEM’s challenges by offering an agile, user-friendly solution tailored to their complex validation processes. Client attentiveness, custom developments, and access to a wide range of services (air, rail, hotel) were especially appreciated. The remote implementation, supported by a responsive customer service team, eased the transition toward smoother and more measurable business travel management.

We had the chance to meet the Travel Planet teams at a workshop organized by the AFTM, and were quickly won over by this disruptive platform, which met many of our users' previously uncovered needs.
Implementation was fairly rapid, taking just 8 weeks, and collaboration was effective throughout the deployment, with great agility in carrying out the necessary developments, while respecting delivery dates.
On the user side, an intuitive, B-to-C platform, with features that make life easier for travelers and travel managers.

Overall, relations with the dedicated contacts, compliance with our travel policy in terms of parameters, accessibility to the offer and contract monitoring are entirely satisfactory.
